We are wonderfully well located in the Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Viejo Vallarta, or “Old Town” as its called by locals. Authentic, welcoming and safe, this classic Mexican neighbourhood quarter has a special charm. In just just a few short blocks, its cobblestone streets lead to famous Los Muertos beach or the Centro Malecon “Ocean Walk”. (Incidentally, the PV Malecon was the site of the recent aquatic division of the Pan American games and received a stunning world class redevelopment for it.).
Old Town is host to dozens of wonderful inexpensive family run restaurants and shops and is very popular with tourists looking to get out of gated all-inclusive’s and really learn about Mexico. It has its own “mercado” with an amazing supply of fresh produce and an endless range of shopping. Countless mexican novelty shops, local clothing stores and fine art galleries are within easy range.
The building itself is quaint, well kept and only 6 units total under three stories. It has fabulous views from the roof top terrace. Located on vibrant Jacarandas street (named for the local flower) and beside Restaurant La Terraza de Rudy (Trip Advisor).

Spacious one bedroom with a comfortable roll out couch. Located on the building’s top floor with nice town and ocean views and a three step out balconies. Suitable for 2-4 people. The interior is newly done in a lovely classic rustic Mexican decor. Very comfortable for those who might enjoy a well convieved local design flavour. Large bedroom, full bath and kitchen (Micro/ Fridge/ Stove and all the basics). House keeping is available at an extra $20 US dollars per visit. $500 Cdn/week.

On the second floor. Wonderful city hill side and ocean views from the principle rooms and two balconies. Lots of light and great breezes. Nice open concept living/dining/full kitchen and a private master bedroom with small balcony and full bath. $500 Cdn/week or $750 Cdn/week when rented with the Garden Suite.

One or two bedroom with a full lock-out studio suite option. This is the main level apartment. It is very spacious with a fresh unique bright interior and boasts some very fun art. The master bedroom is huge with a full king sized bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and private bath. $500 Cdn/week or $750 Cdn/week when rented with the Terraza Apartment.

The Mediterranean
This Studio unit has its own private entry (or access through the Garden Suite if rented together). Unique and fun and has an aquarium decor theme with colours and scenes of the sea. There is a kitchenette with micro and mini fridge and a patio with an outdoor shower. A simple, practical and comfortable fun space to be while in enjoying all the attributes of the city. $350 Cdn/week.
