The National Arts Centre

Located just steps from Parliament Hill, the National Arts Centre is a world-class arts facility, showcasing renowned musicians, dancers and actors from Canada and around the world. The NAC has an outstanding orchestra, conducted by Pinchas Zukerman, playing classical, jazz and pop classics and attracting world-famous guest performers. Also impressive is their French and English theatre, dance and 4th stage” which hosts varied contemporary comedy, dance, theatre and music events.

If you believe that all the world’s a stage, the NAC is not the only game in town. The Great Canadian Theatre Company is an equally consistent bet for a wonderful evening of theatre. Also check out plays and performances at The Gladstone, Ottawa Little Theatre, Arts Court and Centrepointe Theatre, or if you go mad for Mozart or Bach, the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra will be music to your ears.
