Our Agents

Patrick O. Smith, DSW, B.Soc.Sci. CCM

Patrick offers a over a quarter century of Real Estate excellence which derives from both a broad professional spectrum as well as his very personal “passion for property”. During a fifteen year career working in various forms of Social Work, Patrick’s real estate “investment and redesign hobby” evolved into much more than just a creative outlet. It became lucrative. As a team leader, his understanding of property acquisition and resale, restoration and capital growth, property management and many industry variables all come to the table.

Patrick has won countless Industry awards in Canada, is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with the National Association of Realtors (U.S.) and owns a Brokerage operating in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

Ultimately, formal Real Estate licensing 24 years ago at the Ontario provincial level and then becoming member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB) bring us to the more current: The birth of the OLH team in 2015. Experience, Service, Results was and still is our motto.

Patrick continues to own and develop a variety of working and recreational properties in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

He has also developed and redesigned multiple properties and builds from the “ground up”. With an added educational background in Corporate Communications and Public Relations, he ensures your marketing needs take a strategic place in the plan. As a result our team offers a competitive edge in the listing process. OLH client sales stand out against the crowd, Patrick brings diverse experience, creativity, a rich understanding of the real estate industry along with the key ingredient: respect for each client as an individual.

Dylan Puchniak, B.Eng, MCNE

Dylan finds a way to consistently bring fresh perspective, energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the team. Having completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Dylan offers a rare array of attributes. He is a born entrepreneur and loves ingenuity. He has already figure-headed and formed three successful businesses which funded his way through post-secondary education and taught him tactics and organizational skills. He has become an integral part of the team with total support and we are excited to have him with us. His ability to provide a calm, rational and stress-free environment for our clients is matched only by the passion and level of care that he exercises with each person whom he supports. Recently, Dylan also added a Quebec real estate license to his repertoire, and is now able to provide support to clients interprovincially.

Vigo Moniz

Vigo brings a sense of energy, empathy and commitment to everything he takes to task. Since a very young age Vigo has demonstrated a healthy balance between his competitive instinct playing a multitude of sports with a special passion for American football and soccer. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, he began early to work in their successful hospitality and event planning agency. Clients feel the spirit he brings to a new Real Estate career, flavored by his lively and personable character and his caring, open communication.

Vigo’s predisposition and aptitude toward a career as a Realtor also started while quite young; purchasing his first income property and developing his duplex with an eye for both capital investment cash flow and highest and best use. Graduating from college with a background in social sciences, Vigo‘s sensitivity to and compassion for societies and people lends again to the great commitment he makes.

He has worked for the federal government of Canada since 2017 on a multitude of projects and most recently on task with the Ministry of Global Affairs.

A Young entrepreneur with a quest for perpetual growth and learning, you can count on Vigo and his 100% commitment to every responsibility he takes on. Vigo’s career in real estate, with the direction and support he already offers as well as his complete loyalty makes him an excellent candidate for a future leader in the industry.

Involved in a multitude of sports and with a special passion for American football and soccer, Vigo commits a healthy balance between his competitive instinct and respect for fair play.

Administration and Research Team

Diane Harras
Diane comes to you with a broad background combining her rich experience in banking and financial planning. Her valued skill set, which includes a thorough understanding of the real estate industry, a sharp administrative eye and an ever growing quest to bring new technologies into play, makes her an enormous asset to the team. Diane’s banking and lending experience along with her background in finance and insurance continually proves itself as an invaluable asset. Her capacity to offer both caring and sound direction is instrumental.

Diane believes that “Staying on top of both industry and economic direction along with a good set of listening skills are key elements in helping people with smooth, successful Real Estate transactions”. Currently Diane also supports our investors as a property management leader. She will always go the extra mile and puts our clients first.

Design Consultant 

Colin Landrigan
Colin is our team Design Consultant. He brings his incredible vision and ongoing creative enthusiasm as a ready resource to our clients.

Colin completed his formal design studies many years ago, yet spent his full time career in Structural Engineering with Bell Canada. He kept his artistic  passions alive part time in the process working on many of our notable projects. Colin’s skill in kitchen and bath planning, interior spacial relation, and colour theory never cease to amaze. He is truly a valuable asset to our clients and a  unique asset to the team in how he inspires us.
